I like the product but I dont like that the ring isnt permanently attached to the wall piece. There is a small opening in the hook where the ring attaches and I didnt see that on the picture. Also, on the ring itself there is a small hole as if something is supposed to attach to it but the product came with no instructions at all so I have no way of knowing what that small hole is for. I like the material of the product but not real happy with the design of it. I have waited too long to get this and I have already purchased the other items that go with it so probably will just keep it.
